SEC Tracker respects your privacy and your right to have your personal data deleted. You can request the deletion of your account and all associated data at any time.

What Gets Deleted

When you request account deletion, we will permanently delete:

  • Account Information: Email address, profile data, and authentication credentials
  • Usage Data: Your app activity, preferences, and settings
  • Subscription Data: Subscription status and payment history (where applicable)
  • Personal Watchlists: Any custom watchlists or saved companies

Data Retention

Please note the following retention policies:

  • Financial Records: Transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years as required by tax and financial regulations
  • Legal Compliance: Some data may be retained if required by law or for legitimate business purposes (e.g., fraud prevention)
  • Anonymized Analytics: Aggregated, anonymized usage statistics that cannot identify you personally
Important: Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
